Abstract: India has traditionally viewed prostitution as a taboo industry and has failed to acknowledge the humanity of those who engage in it. As a result, many sex workers, even after leaving the industry, are forced to live in unsafe and unsanitary conditions and face a variety of difficulties, including discrimination, unemployment, and limited access to essential services. In order to give any women in need a chance at normalcy, the project attempts to create a space where they can ask for assistance, have a support system, and foster a healing environment. • Skill Development: Offers programmes that can enhance their employability. • Rehabilitation Services: Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, including counseling, medical support and addiction treatment, to address the physical, mental and emotional well-being of user group • Facilitate access to microfinance schemes, entrepreneurship training and small business development support the user group to establish sustainable income-generating activities. • Facilitate the reintegration of user group into mainstream society by fostering relationships with employers, community organizations and government agencies to create an inclusive environment that accepts and supports their transition.
