A study to assess the knowledge on breast self examination among adolescent college girls at selected PU college, Bengaluru

Abstract

To assess the knowledge of adolescent girls regarding breast self examination. To find out association between knowledge scores with selected demographic variables like age, education and family. Method: Descriptive approach was used to collect data from 50 subjects selected by convenient sampling technique through non probability sampling approach consisting 2 sections. Section A: Demographic variable consisting of 6 items. Section B: Structured questionnaire for assessing knowledge level consisting of 30 items.
