Abstract

 Provide all the necessary requirements in upbringing of the detainees in the center.  Provide proper community based programs, learning and career transition services to encourage in shaping of the detainees.  Psychological counceling following up for the juveniles is necessary to eliminate concerns of each detainee and ensure progress in them.  Provide proper housing, shelter, food, clothing, health and medical care services. Physical health and fitness programs for hygienic life.  Engaging the juveniles and keeping a structured atmosphere will benefit their perspective and incorporating alternative learning exercises will ensure attitudes and self-esteem can be maintained or improved
