Abstract: To achieve goals of the business, employees need job satisfaction. The main factors measured by employee job satisfaction are salary paid to employees for their performance, promotions, bonus and working conditions. This survey was conducted with the help of descriptive sampling with convenient sampling. The technique is used for sample selection. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and secondary data was collected from organizational records andywebsites. Fifty eight respondents of the company were given a pre-prepared questionnaire and collected based on it. Data were analyzed using the percentage method of hypothesis testing. From creating a questionnaire to analyzing, discovering and proposing, we have the greatest interest. The analysis leads to the conclusion that most of the employees are satisfied. Dissatisfaction with some factors also been reported. Important suggestions and recommendations are also assigned to the company for their future forecasting.
