Abstract: KREDL is was shaped on 18 march 1996 for the development and improvement of non-regular vitality sources. It is controlled under organization demonstration 1956. It was brought into the state for promotion of the renewable energy and its venture advancement in Karnataka. This study is conducted to analyze the Fund Flow Management of the company which help us to identify how the company is using their fund for the development of the organization and how the company is generating the source of fund and also help to determine the financial status and financial strength of the company. Hands on knowledge provides students with the insight of the company and what they will be experience in a few years from now. Learning out of the classroom give them a real knowledge of the industry environment which will help in long run to the student of management.
